Over 30 years of experience in Turkish cuisine by starting his first restaurant in New Jersey and another in New York City. The restaurants have gained recognition for their innovative take on cuisine while supporting local, sustainable and responsible farmers and food purveyors. All fresh local vegetable farmers and top of line Halal meat by supporting the community. We believe that everyone should be able to enjoy high-quality food that is delicious and grown with care.
